{"id":108,"date":"2026-04-18T12:53:07","date_gmt":"2026-04-18T12:53:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sobiesky-heyselbeek.laeken.brussels\/?page_id=108"},"modified":"2026-10-04T21:59:10","modified_gmt":"2026-10-04T20:59:10","slug":"le-projet-de-depot-trams-stib","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sobieski-heyselbeek.laeken.brussels\/index.php\/le-projet-de-depot-trams-stib\/","title":{"rendered":"Le projet de d\u00e9p\u00f4t trams STIB"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Quels sont les besoins de la STIB ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La STIB est confront\u00e9e \u00e0 un besoin de d\u00e9p\u00f4ts croissant suite a la croissance de son r\u00e9seau et \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de trams de plus longs. Pour \u00e9quilibrer l&#8217;emplacement des d\u00e9pots en r\u00e9gion bruxelloise la STIB souhaiterait cr\u00e9er un d\u00e9pot au nord ouest de Bruxelles ( mais pas sur le Parking C qui est en Flandre). Plusieurs avant projets d\u2019un grand d\u00e9p\u00f4t (avec atelier d\u2019entretien pour 60 \u00e0 80 trams) sur le plateau du Heysel ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par la STIB. La majorit\u00e9 de ces projets a essuy\u00e9 le refus de Bruxelles Expo (Ville de Bruxelles) de ceder des emplacements de parking. Un autre projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 recal\u00e9 par Urban car trop impactant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les trams \u00e9tant command\u00e9s, la STIB a un besoin urgent de nouveaux d\u00e9p\u00f4ts, m\u00eame temporaire (comme sur le site Sobieski-Heyselbeek) . Outre un d\u00e9p\u00f4t d&#8217;une dizaine de trams au terminus esplanade au d\u00e9triment des escaliers de l&#8217;expo 58, la STIB veut cr\u00e9er un d\u00e9p\u00f4t (temporaire ?!) \u00e0 l&#8217;air libre pour 16 trams sur la friche <a data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"83\" href=\"https:\/\/sobieski-heyselbeek.laeken.brussels\/index.php\/le-site\/\">Sobieski-Heyselbeek.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le 18 mai 2026 la ministre Audrey Henry annon\u00e7ait en commission de l\u2019am\u00e9nagement du territoire que la modification du PRAS (Plan R\u00e9gional d&#8217;Affectation du Sol) pour le plateau du Heysel inclus un d\u00e9p\u00f4t metro-tram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>On risque donc de d\u00e9truire la nature et le patrimoine pour un besoin temporaire et de priver les Laekenois d&#8217;un important moyen de lutte contre les inondations \u00e0 Laeken (en cr\u00e9ant un zone de r\u00e9tention des eaux de pluies des parcs)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plus d&#8217;info sur les <a href=\"https:\/\/sobieski-heyselbeek.laeken.brussels\/index.php\/inondations\/\" type=\"page\" id=\"471\">inondations<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"458\" src=\"https:\/\/sobieski-heyselbeek.laeken.brussels\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/STIB_Trams_sobiesky-1024x458.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-121\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sobieski-heyselbeek.laeken.brussels\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/STIB_Trams_sobiesky-1024x458.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/sobieski-heyselbeek.laeken.brussels\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/STIB_Trams_sobiesky-300x134.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/sobieski-heyselbeek.laeken.brussels\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/STIB_Trams_sobiesky-768x343.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/sobieski-heyselbeek.laeken.brussels\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/STIB_Trams_sobiesky-1536x686.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/sobieski-heyselbeek.laeken.brussels\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/STIB_Trams_sobiesky.jpeg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le projet de d\u00e9p\u00f4t temporaire pour 16 trams n\u00e9cessitera l&#8217;abattage de 200 arbres. La cr\u00e9ation de 10 voies. La cr\u00e9ation d&#8217;un local technique pour le personnel ( container ). Ce projet aura un impact sur la biodiversit\u00e9 (et son maillage) et sur la gestion des eaux sans apporter de r\u00e9elle r\u00e9ponse au besoin de la STIB d&#8217;un grand d\u00e9p\u00f4t dans le nord ouest de Bruxelles. Ce projet aura aussi un impact visuel majeur sur le paysage de la promenade verte (il est aussi pr\u00e9vu d&#8217;\u00e9clairer le site). La STIB veut att\u00e9nuer l&#8217;impact visuel en plantant des arbres et en faisant un \u00e9cran v\u00e9g\u00e9tal sur les grilles le long de la promenade verte.
